With Extra Step Cleaning, you control what we do. It’s your house so you can tell us exactly what you want done each time. Rather just trust the experts? That’s fine with us, too. After all, it’s your house and it’s your choice. (There are limits to what we can do, of course. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions section for more information.)
I was overwhelmed with how nice they made my house look and smell over the first couple of months. I thought I was going to have to replace the shower doors and floor, but Michele assured me that it would eventually come clean and it did. It looks brand new. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we’ll work with you to do just that. Just give us at least 24 hours notice.

Michele and her team arrived on schedule, and after a brief discussion of my specific desires/requirements, they went immediately to work. They brought most of the needed tools/products with them, except for specific products that I wanted them to use. I was amazed at their knowledge, speed, thoroughness and professionalism! I simply got out of their way and did not need to say another thing!
